she’s still living those forty eight hours on repeat, only noticing the sprig of maple above their heads at the last minute, stopping in her tracks. from billy’s final salute before they parted ways on the hilltop, to richard’s heartbreaking demise in the mouth of a shark three times its ?????? size. in the visuals she can’t forget, like edward’s open gash in his abdomen, the entrails hanging out as his reanimated corpse stumbled toward her, broken jaw dribbling with threads of blood. she hardly notices the woman standing next to her, jumping slightly when green eyes travel to jill’s face. it’s bitter, scalding hot, and washed down like cough syrup, plugged nose and all. she touches her chest at the memory, standing from the couch to grab another cup of black coffee. she was lucky alpha team arrived when they did, in spite of a traitor hiding in plain sight amongst the crew, betrayal ripe in his ill-omened smirk and pointed samurai edge. the tiniest and least experienced member of STARS bravo team. it’s a miracle she made it out, against all odds. some bore green scaly flesh, while others barely had any left hanging from their bones, squelching with each ????????? step. it’s been five months since her team was wiped out, ripped apart by the claws and teeth of indescribable creatures. Jill is a pastiche of Katana & Illyana Rasputin/Magik. Jack often appears in spirit form to give her advice and make sure she doesn't get herself killed. She holds his magic sword but unlike her ancestor she is pretty fiery and reckless. Jill is the modern day descendant of Samurai Jack her last name is a tribute to Jack's lost love Ashi. Her nemesis is Femme Fatale (that fake feminist from that one PPG episode). While she acts more mature than her brother she does tend to fall into childish antics especially if it involves her brother. She is staunch feminist who started her own group after being rejected one too many times by the AWSM.
Goss is a pastiche of Storm and Nightcrawler.Ĭolumbia is the younger half sister of Major Glory, and a pastiche of Wonder Woman. Usually very regal though prone to awkward moments especially about her wings Her family owns a church which serves as her HQ. Gospelle is a shy holy woman with a magic, almost siren like singing voice. (Guardian Rescue League) a group CJ made mostly to provide resources for up-and-coming female superheroes and partly out of spite.
